Dear Kelly,
I attended school at Roadmaster from December 05 through December 22 and wanted to express my thanks for the experience I had. It all started when I googled truck driving school on the internet.Roadmaster was at the top of the list so I filled out an information request screen. I did the same with a couple of other truck driving schools. Within 24 hours I received a phone call from Dan Tabish. He gave me all of the information I asked for over the phone and invited me to sign up for the class. I decided to go with your company because of his quick response to my request for information.
When I arrived at school the first day I was nervous and apprehensive. It took about an hour for me to shed myself of the discomfort and began to feel better about my decision to attend school. Lisa Greene was a joy to talk to and work with. Her knowledge of the trucking industry and career placement was above and beyond what I expected. Her pleasant attitude to me made the three-week class that much more enjoyable.
Everyone out in the yard was great. Jay made me feel that I had a friend out there. He was always willing to talk about what I was doing and helped me every day to become better at backing up. Mike was the first instructor to take his life into his hands by allowing me to drive out there on shift road. What a good instructor. He was always very professional. I felt he truly took pride in helping others do something that he could do with his eyes closed. Then there is Jeff. That big fellow was patient and understanding the entire time and made me and the others in the truck feel we were doing better each day. The encouragement was much needed. I took my road test with George. He had a way with me that made me feel I could do anything. I was nervous before the test began but he talked to me and made me feel relaxed and focused. I’ll never forget him for his kindness.
Long story short I passed the school without too much problem and I feel it is because of your great staff that I did. I thank you once again for your help and those that were “hands on” with me.
Sincerely,
R. Johnson
